Shin Pads

You can't enjoy playing soccer if you are injured, and knocks to the shins are unavoidable in soccer. Therefore, you should always wear a good quality pair of shin pads.

Ankle Guards

Ankle guards are useful if you are prone to ankle sprains, or recovering from an ankle injury. The aim of the guards is to provide support, although many also provide padding. A cheaper option is to wrap a bandage around your ankle and underneath your foot. Many shin pads come with ankle protection attached.

Soccer Goals

A goal is only scored when the whole of the ball has crossed the line, so part of the ball over the line is not good enough. However, if the ball crosses the line and then bounces back in front of the line, the goal stands. The dimensions of the soccer goal are shown in the picture.
