Prof.Carr: Auto Engineer exploits your pupils' natural fascination for asking how things work to teach all of electricity, magnetism, forces and motion at key stages 2 & 3 of the National Curriculum. Auto Engineer uses problem-based learning: children take the role of a car engineer to learn by solving problems, designing and performing interactive experiments, and asking questions. Auto Engineer includes coverage of scientific method, and simulates many experiments that could not be done in school for either cost or safety reasons. Teacher's Corner shows exactly where each section fits into the English National Curriculum and Schemes of Work. This unique role-play software is serious study with a game-like feel.
