Delivery Policy
Within the UK, the price of delivery by second class mail is included within the cost of all items. In other words, delivery is free. If you order using a credit or debit card, your order will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For, which means that someone will need to be available to receive the item. The Royal Mail aims to deliver all items within three days.
In stock items are normally dispatched on the same or the next working day following receipt of your order. Even if your item is not in stock, we can normally dispatch it within seven days of receipt of your order.
Within Europe and the Rest of the World, there is an additional delivery charge, which will be stated for each individual item before you place your order. All items will be sent using Airmail, which normally takes upto 3 working days within Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the world. If you order using a credit or debit card, your order will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed For or using Airsure, which means that someone will need to be available to receive the item, or you will need to collect the item from your local post office.
We can deliver anywhere in the world.
Payment Policy
We accept payments by cheque, international bank draft or postal order from any country in the world. Please make cheques payable to "Mastersport Multimedia Ltd", and postal orders can only be accepted if they are "uncrossed." We currently accept debit or credit card payments from the UK only through Nochecks secure payment services. However, we are making arrangements with Barclaycard to accept credit and debit card payments from the following countries as well as the UK:
All of Europe, including Norway and Iceland, USA including protectorates, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa and UK dependent territories. If your country is not on this list, you can still order using international bank draft, cheque or postal order.
Special arrangements are available to UK schools ordering software: All schools in the UK may order software on approval. An invoice will be issued with your order, but if you choose not to keep the goods, you may return them to us in saleable condition within 28 days and owe nothing. However, if you do not return them to us within 28 days or they are damaged, payment must be made within 30 days of receipt as per your invoice.

All prices are in pounds sterling.
Returns and refunds
Soccer Academy comes with a 21-day money back guarantee, excluding shipping and handling costs (£2 in UK, £5 in Europe, £6 RoW). This means that if you return it to us in a resaleable condition within 21 days, we will refund you the full cost of the title minus the shipping and handling costs. If you paid by cheque, a refund will be issued once all funds are cleared. If you paid by credit or debit card, we will arrange a refund through your card, or if this is not possible we will issue a refund by cheque. We cannot accept returns of Socer Academy after 21 days or if the item is not returned in resaleable condition. Technical problems with Soccer Academy are rare, and can usually be eliminated quickly by contacting our free technical support.
We cannot accept returns of videos or books unless the items are faulty.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed by debit or credit card, we incur handling charges from the credit card companies. For this reason, such orders cannot be cancelled. If you cancel an order placed by cheque or postal order, we will cancel your order provided it has not already been shipped.
Cancellations can be prevented by noting that Soccer Academy is computer software designed for Windows and Apple Macintosh computers, and that all videos are region 2 (PAL) format - UK, Europe, Japan, South Africa and the Middle East.
Region 2 is shown in green on this map, and includes: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Yemen, and Yugoslavia.

Other terms and conditions
In the event of any problem with your order, our sole liability will be to refund the cost of any ordered goods to you. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any incidental or consequencial losses.
All goods remain the property of Mastersport Multimedia Ltd. until payment has been received in full.
If goods ordered on account are not paid for in full within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge interest on such debts.
